The 10th Cultural Talk for Diversity & Inclusion will be held on September 14, 2024.
This 10th Cultural Talk will focus on the theme of “Life Across Different Cultures.”
For this session, we have invited three honorable speakers to share their life stories and lessons learned in their journeys of living in different countries and cultures.
Speaker: Ala Kuczynska, Transformational and Intercultural Coach, originally from Poland, has lived in Spain, England, Scotland, and Canada. She will share her experiences in a talk titled "Bridging Cultures: A Journey from Poland to the World."
Speaker: Jhon Magkilat, Integration Officer, originally from the Philippines and now living in Germany, will discuss "The Clash of Cultures: A Story of an Asian Immigrant in Germany."
Speaker: Mithun Mridha, Consultant | Enterprise Agile Coach, currently living in France, will speak about his extensive journey of life in a talk titled "Navigating Personal Values and Identities Within Multinational Organizations."
The event will be conducted online, with invited speakers delivering presentations on their respective topics (10 minutes each), followed by an open session for participants to ask questions and engage in discussions.
Cultural Talk for Diversity & Inclusion has been a regular event since February 2023, attracting participants and speakers from various countries. This event provides a platform for open discussions and the exchange of ideas on Diversity & Inclusion.
The event will be conducted in English.
