To mark the occasion of the national Independence Day of Pakistan and India, a massive flag was broadcast on the side of the building, Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building illuminated itself in green and white vibrant colors shows the Pakistani national flag to celebrate Pakistan’s 76th Independence Day on Monday August 14, 2023.

On a social media post, the Burj Khalifa shared a video of the building lit up in green and white, the colors of the Pakistani flag portrayed the splendid spectacle as well as the joy and aspirations of the occasion.

UAE also wished the people of Pakistan a day filled with pride, unity and prosperity as they celebrated the rich heritage and achievements of your great nation. 

“May the future hold even greater success and happiness for all Pakistanis. Happy Independence Day,” said the social media post.

Burj Khalifa also lit up Indian national flag to honor the 76 years of Independence to the whole nation of India on Tuesday August 15,2023.

UAE wished India, “Burj Khalifa commemorates the Republic of India on their Independence Day. Wishing the people of India, a day filled with celebration and pride as you celebrate the rich history and diverse culture of your nation.” 

“May India continue to shine brightly with progress, unity and prosperity. Happy Independence Day!”

Burj Khalifa, the iconic building often pays tribute to global events, advertising promotions and cultural occasions by transforming into a giant display screen.
